NEBOSH Safety Simplified

A Safety simplified course for freshers that gives practical and real-life skills to manage and
improve health and safety in any workplace. it also helps in an improved understanding of organizational safety measures in preventing major hazards. It will provide the basic knowledge to the learners and understanding of health and safety \to keep themselves and their colleagues safe. Safety Simplified helps learners understand the reasons and benefits of managing health and safety, recognizing common workplace hazards, appreciate the purpose of inspections and audits and nderstand how to help prevent incidents occurring again.

Course description:

Nebosh SS will provide the basic knowledge to the learners and understanding of health and safety  to keep themselves and their  colleagues safe.
Safety Simplified helps learners: – understand the reasons and benefits of managing health and safety – recognize common workplace hazards – appreciate the purpose of inspections and audits – understand how to help prevent incidents occurring again – undertake basic health and safety risk assessments and put in place appropriate control measures – have an improved understanding of organizational safety measures – contribute by supporting health and safety practices.

Course Outcomes:

Understand the reasons for and benefits of managing health and safety. Identify the common workplace hazards and understand how to help prevent incidents recurring. The purpose of inspections and audits, how to undertake basic health and safety risk assessments and put in place appropriate control measures.

Number of lectures:

The required teaching time for this course is 18 hours. This is 3 days when delivered as a face-to-face training course.
